The Long Version
The cost of any particular project is dependent on a number of factors. Chief among these are the following:

• The complexity of the site (levels of information)


• The size of the site (in pages)


• The amount of advanced functionality and programming involved (database integration, e.g.)


• The number and complexity of advanced features on the site (motion graphics, automatically updating information, etc.)


• The amount of content needed to be generated by us


• The quality of the content (such as photographs) and the amount of time required to make them web-appropriate


• The amount of work involved organizing and collating the information

Each site are different, but generally, the following services are the minimum for any site.

• Initial custom home page mockups


• Creation of navigation and design layout for the website

What's Involved ?

• My approach is from the ground-up. The first step in the project will be to ascertain the message of the site and the content necessary to get that message across in the most effective manner. From there, I will draft a site map which (1) organizes content in a logical, intuitive manner, and (2) determines the overall structure of the site.


• Once the site map is in place, I establish a beta site on line so you can track the progress of the site and we can test its cross-platform functionality.


• From there, I lay out the major areas of the site. During this process, I am able to determine the quality and sufficiency of existing content and to determine what and how much more will need to be generated.


• At the same time, work begins on the graphic look of the pages.


• As the content, layout and graphics come together, I constantly evaluate the site. Once the site is up in its entirety, I test all of the links and functionality to ensure that it works for the maximum number of browsers and platforms.


• Once I am satisfied with the beta site, I move the final copy onto the actual server.

If you want exposure on the World Wide Web and do not need a lot of space or don't have a lot of information...this is ideal for you! A deposit is required. Deposit is non-refundable if you should change your mind once we have already begun work. You are also required to set up your hosting and domain registration.

• 4 Pages (8.5 x 11 printed)


• $200.00 deposit required


• Additional pages are billed at $25.00 per page.


• Scanning or converting your artwork or information


• Graphics, Buttons, etc. created

Web Plan 2 - $800.00
If you want exposure on the World Wide Web and need more space and have a lot of information...this is ideal for you! A deposit is required. Deposit is non-refundable if you should change your mind once we have already begun work.

• 6-10 Pages (8.5 x 11 printed)
• $400.00 deposit required
• Additional pages $50.00 each
• Scanning or converting your artwork or information
• Graphics, Buttons, etc. created
• Assistance in obtaining a domain name and hosting

I am available to continue to maintain and update the site. If you prefer to assume these tasks, we can help you understand the tools you'll need and how to go about keeping your site looking great.
